Complicit? California Democrats Send Another Child Sex Trafficking Bill Into Oblivion – LGBTQ Concerns Raised

This article was written by Martin Tribe for WokeSpy. The Democrat-dominated California legislature is reluctant to pass a bill to protect children under 18 years from sex trafficking. Introduced by Sacramento Democrat Assemblywoman Maggy Krell, Assembly Bill 379 (AB 379) aims to protect children under 18 years from sex solicitation and child trafficking. “I want to solve two problems with this bill: One, we have to create more resources for victims like Julie and the thousands of other victims who are being trafficked,” the Assemblywoman explained. “And two: we have to crack down on the men who are buying them for sex. That’s what Assembly Bill 379 does. “It creates a law that allows law enforcement to intervene, when men are out on the prowl trying to buy victims for sex. It also makes it chargeable as a felony when those victims are under 18 years old.” Democrats ‘Neutered’ The Bill In 2024, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed SB 1414 into law, making it a felony to solicit sex from children under the age of 16. However, soliciting or purchasing sex from 16- and 17-year-old children was a wobbler, allowing prosecutors to charge it as a misdemeanor or felony. (MORE FROM WokeSpy: Another Trump Victory: Walmart Announces Buy “American-Made” Initiative) Introduced by Bakersfield Republican state Senator Shannon Grove and Assemblywoman Krell, SB 1414 aimed to make it a felony to solicit sex from all children under the age of 18. According to Krell, banning solicitation across the board would help to protect children from sex trafficking, which hinges on the ability to purchase sex from minors without serious consequences. Nonetheless, California Democrats neutered the bill, capping the age at 15 years and below for felony charges to apply. Additionally, they attempted to kill it by sending it to the Senate Appropriations Committee. EXCLUSIVE: 20,000,000 Sick Americans Abandoned By Medical ‘Oligarchy’ Controlled By Elites; Can We Fix It?

Opinions expressed are solely those of the author(s). In former President Biden’s January 2025 farewell speech, he warned of the risk of the U.S. becoming an oligarchy, a government controlled by a select group of ultra-wealthy and elite individuals. While Biden was referring to the government, my over two-decade career in healthcare has led me to see a similar dynamic in science and medicine. For years, this elite group’s dominance went unchallenged, accepted by both the medical community and the public, perhaps out of naivety or complacency. However, the COVID-19 pandemic pulled back the curtain, offering the public a rare glimpse into how medical policies and decisions are made, revealing the sway of these elites. Rise of Medical Censorship Debates over treatments, vaccine development, vaccine mandates, and public health strategies like lockdowns and school closures showcased the power dynamics at play. Over time, as some of these decisions were questioned or refuted, there emerged a demand for accountability and a questioning of expertise, with some moves seen as missteps or swayed by external pressures rather than scientific merit alone. Adding fuel to the fire, these elites mocked and insulted anyone, including their peers and colleagues, while calling for censorship of those questioning their dominance and views. Who are these elites, and what role do they play in medicine? They are highly educated individuals from prestigious institutions whose influence shapes both public opinion and medical practice through their research and academic roles. Their control is solidified by publications in high-impact journals, which set the standards for medicine. In federal health agencies like the NIH, FDA, or CDC, they wield significant power over policy, treatment approval, and research funding. Through books, media, and platforms like TED talks, they also mold public perception and policy, often setting the health agenda. Their decisions can skew healthcare towards specific philosophies or interests. The dominance of these elites rests on three pillars: control of information, gatekeeping opportunities, and influencing policy and practice. They manage information flow through the peer-review system, where high-impact journals act as gatekeepers, often favoring insiders. This control shapes medical education and practice. Their prestigious roles and platforms grant them access to funding and career opportunities, making it tough for outsiders to challenge or innovate within established narratives. Questioning their orthodoxies and dominance will often lead them to publicly insult you, question your credentials and training, and send journalists looking for a story and a social media mob after you. Silencing The Truth On COVID-19 and the Vaccines My collaboration with Dr. Bruce Patterson on long COVID research over the last four years has shown similar patterns. Long COVID, a condition defined as new onset symptoms persisting beyond three months post-SARS-CoV-2 infection, is affecting over 20 million Americans and 65 million people worldwide. The research focus, funding, and narrative around long COVID are heavily shaped by these same academics and medical elites, influencing which symptoms are addressed, treatments pursued, and patient management strategies adopted. There is a risk that novel insights or treatments might struggle for acceptance unless they align with the views of these influential figures. This dynamic is starkly illustrated by the NIH RECOVER COVID initiative, a $1.6 billion US taxpayer-funded effort on long COVID that has been criticized for its shortcomings. A report in STATNEWS highlighted a lack of transparency in funding criteria and dispersal; criticized the glacial pace of research; and noted the failure to set up well-designed clinical trials to study various therapeutics. Research on symptoms and patient surveys has minimal clinical utility in 2025 when millions of people continue to suffer and enough published research points to vascular inflammation driving the underlying pathology. Competition Over Collaboration I have observed more competition rather than collaboration among long COVID research groups. The divisive politicization of our country has falsely and cruelly framed long COVID as a quasi-liberal female psychiatric disorder. Likewise, those people suffering from post-COVID-19 vaccine syndrome, a condition similar to long COVID, have been ignored, smeared, and abused as “anti-vaxxers.” With the newly confirmed Robert F. Kennedy as Secretary of Health and Human Services and the nomination of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya at the helm of the NIH, there exists a tremendous opportunity for both leaders to shape the long COVID narrative by shifting towards an inclusive and transparent policy-making process and fostering environments for collaborative rather than competitive research. Besides fostering collaboration and transparency in research funding, well-designed clinical trials on FDA approval pathways are desperately needed for the millions of disabled and suffering patients. By addressing these areas, there’s a chance to mitigate the oligarchic tendencies within medical science, increase accountability, and better serve the health needs of the population, particularly those with conditions like long COVID. Tracy Beanz Reveals MAHA’s Mission & What Comes Next In Fascinating Interview

UncoverDC editor-in-chief Tracy Beanz joined The Joe Pags Show to break down the purpose of the Make America Healthy Again “MAHA” movement. Beanz wastes no time before diving into the mission and impact of MAHA, which could have far-reaching impacts that transcend generational health in the U.S. But what about Big Pharma’s deep pockets, and how the influence of those in leadership positions shapes policy? Who truly benefits, and who is paying the price? The craziest part — all of this connects back to the Jeffrey Epstein case, government corruption, and our current fight for truth and freedom. You really don’t want to miss this epic Joe Pags interview! Growing Your Own Food & Getting Healthy One of the most overlooked methods of improving your diet and health is to grow your own food. Don’t worry — you don’t need to own a farm in order to do this. Even a studio apartment can have enough space for some fresh herbs, and maybe some pepper or tomato plants! (RELATED: What Is Making America Sick? RFK Jr. Launches MASSIVE Investigations Into Rising Chronic Disease) You don’t even need to buy seeds to start your home garden. If you have any favorite fruits and veggies you eat at home, you can always save some seeds. This isn’t doable with all foods, but it is a fun place to start! Stop Eating Crap Yes, it really is that simple. You can just stop eating crap. And please, for the love of all things, don’t tell us it’s hard for you to eat healthy because you don’t have time to / can’t cook. There are plenty of restaurants quietly joining the MAHA movement (even if it’s accidentally in-spirit). For example, Sweetgreen only uses four ingredients in their fries: potato starch, avocado oil, parsley and salt. .@sweetgreen is launching fries today – explicitly calling out their CLEAN ingredients compared to the 10+ components of McDonald’s fries. We ate fries in the 1960’s but weren’t chronically obese. For millennia, humans have eaten what the Earth provides. In the last fifty or so years, we’ve gradually started consuming synthetic chemicals, plastics, and worse, all in the name of corporate greed and convenience. Health food stores were relegated to the very wealthy. We now have an opportunity to make all food healthy again. Are you going to do your part? Explore more of The Modern Memo here.

What Is Making America Sick? RFK Jr. Launches MASSIVE Investigations Into Rising Chronic Disease

This article was originally published by Million Voices. Health and Human Services (HHS) Sec. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on Feb. 18 that he will be launching investigations into the rise of chronic illness across America, but not in the way that you think. For decades, we’ve been told that the rise in chronic illness is due to … nothing. We’ve never received a conclusive answer as to why so many people in America become ill and seemingly never heal from their ailments. Many people believe that so-called “cures” from Big Pharma are actually means of prolonging life and illness as a way to reap huge financial rewards for boards and shareholders, but these believers are also called “conspiracy theorists” by some. Even so, the actual cause of chronic illness remains unknown. But hopefully not for much longer. To better understand the rise in chronic illness, RFK Jr. will start by investigating: ultra-processed food, electromagnetic radiation, childhood vaccine schedules, glyphosate and pesticides, artificial food additives, SSRIs and antidepressants, microplastics, and more, according to footage shared by Libs of TikTok. “Make America Health Again” EO & Commission On Feb. 13, President Donald Trump signed the “Establishing the President’s Make America Health Again Commission” executive order (EO) to “re-direct our national focus, in the public and private sectors, toward understanding and drastically lowering chronic disease rates and ending childhood chronic disease.” “American life expectancy significantly lags behind other developed countries, with pre‑COVID-19 United States life expectancy averaging 78.8 years and comparable countries averaging 82.6 years.  This equates to 1.25 billion fewer life years for the United States population.  Six in 10 Americans have at least one chronic disease, and four in 10 have two or more chronic diseases.  An estimated one in five United States adults lives with a mental illness,” the EO reads. It appears that no area of health is off-limits, including explorations into the soaring rates of cancers, autoimmune diseases, autism, so-called “behavioral disorders,” as well as fatty liver disease, diabetes, and more. “This poses a dire threat to the American people and our way of life.  Seventy-seven percent of young adults do not qualify for the military based in large part on their health scores.  Ninety percent of the Nation’s $4.5 trillion in annual healthcare expenditures is for people with chronic and mental health conditions.  In short, Americans of all ages are becoming sicker, beset by illnesses that our medical system is not addressing effectively.  These trends harm us, our economy, and our security,” the EO continues. What Will The New Policies Be? According to the EO: “It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to aggressively combat the critical health challenges facing our citizens, including the rising rates of mental health disorders, obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.  To do so, executive departments and agencies (agencies) that address health or healthcare must focus on reversing chronic disease.  Under this policy: (a)  all federally funded health research should empower Americans through transparency and open-source data, and should avoid or eliminate conflicts of interest that skew outcomes and perpetuate distrust; (b)  the National Institutes of Health and other health-related research funded by the Federal Government should prioritize gold-standard research on the root causes of why Americans are getting sick; (c)  agencies shall work with farmers to ensure that United States food is the healthiest, most abundant, and most affordable in the world; and (d)  agencies shall ensure the availability of expanded treatment options and the flexibility for health insurance coverage to provide benefits that support beneficial lifestyle changes and disease prevention.” Initial Focal Points Childhood chronic disease is the first mountain the Commission is directed to climb, hopefully dismantling it on the way up. The plan is to investigate “any potential contributing causes, including the American diet, absorption of toxic material, medical treatments, lifestyle, environmental factors, Government policies, food production techniques, electromagnetic radiation, and corporate influence or cronyism[.]” Transparency of all data and “unpublished analyses” related to the investigations “consistent with applicable law” suggests we’re going to get another front-row seat to the revelations of what’s been in our food, water, soil, and eventually into our bodies. Oh No, Millennials Were Right! Experts Say Childhood Trauma May Be ‘Hidden Root’ Of Disease, Suffering And Addiction

A series of posts shared on X in mid-February 2025 outline the core findings of Dr. Gabor Maté’s research into childhood trauma, and how it may be responsible for a huge amount of humanity’s physical suffering. Throw a rock in a crowded room of people aged fifty and younger, and you’ve an almost a hundred percent chance of hitting someone with childhood trauma (unresolved or otherwise). Understanding how childhood events shape our mindset is a relatively well-documented field of science. Your parents are emotionally unavailable alcoholics? You’re probably going to be just like them, or you’re going to work your butt off to get the heck away from them as soon as you can. Survived a car crash as a 10-year-old? Perhaps you get nervous with certain types of drivers. It is laughably obvious that childhood events, particularly the big, bad, scary ones, shape our behaviors in adulthood. But what if these events do much, much more than dictate our emotional and practical response? What is trauma and why is it so dangerous? Trauma isn’t just defined as things like surviving war. Examples of potentially health-impacting trauma include things like emotional neglect, being subjected to constant criticism, or even just growing up with emotionally unavailable parents, according to posts from therapist Brian Maierhofer, Maté’s research. All of these things can leave a “lasting imprint” on your body, particularly the nervous system, which ultimately shapes health. This type of trauma, especially when repeated to the point of borderline normalization, often leaves us feeling numb — or “disconnected” from ourselves. You cannot heal when you don’t know yourself, what you truly want, and exist with “chronic self doubt.” 2: Trauma makes you disconnect—from yourself, others, and your body. Survivors of trauma often experience: • Feeling emotionally numb • Not knowing what they truly want • Chronic self-doubt Healing means reconnecting with your body, emotions, and true self. pic.twitter.com/56WRXO1895 — Brian Maierhofer (@IamProHuman) February 11, 2025 Adapting to Survive Here’s where Maté’s research gets really crazy. Meinhofer’s analysis reveals that childhood coping mechanisms eventually turn into adult symptoms of unresolved trauma. If you’re a people-pleaser, your inner child is still searching for love and approval. Do you numb your emotions? You may be avoiding pain. Overachievers are terrified of still not being good enough. The patterns of abuse — intended or otherwise — ” don’t disappear—they turn into chronic stress, burnout, and addiction.” 3: Your childhood coping mechanisms become your adult symptoms. As a child, you needed to adapt to survive. • People-pleasing? Came from needing love & approval. • Numbing emotions? Came from avoiding pain. • Overachieving? Came from fear of not being good enough. These… pic.twitter.com/KgbKEQISKY — Brian Maierhofer (@IamProHuman) February 11, 2025 Let’s get physical … Unfortunately, you can’t “think” your way out of your trauma. It is stored inside of your body. Childhood trauma is physical. If you don’t work through these internal crises, you risk damaging your brain and body. This trauma is powerful enough to pass through generations, and will continue if you let it. Pastor Mark Driscoll gave a beautiful sermon on this exact issue in which he described how letting the unhealthiest member of your family dictate your lives, you will ensure that person sets the tone and control for your familial misery (we’re paraphrasing here). In layman’s terms: if grandma is a crazy mean old lady, maybe don’t drag your spouse and kids to her house whenever she demands? You’ll just make your spouse and kids resent you for not protecting them from your grandma’s unhealed issues. Maté takes this a step further, showing how trauma like this passes down physical issues to your kin. (POPULAR ARTICLE: ‘Separation Of Church And State Is So Stupid’: National Radio Host Joe Pags Goes Off) Right now, as you’re reading this, your unhealed childhood trauma is impacting your children. It will impact your grandchildren. This cycle will continue until someone powerful enough in your lineage stands up and says “no more.” Ending the cycle of self-sabotage As Maierhofer described: “If your nervous system is wired for stress, peace will feel unfamiliar. You might: Chase toxic relationships Overwork to feel “enough” Procrastinate out of fear These aren’t character flaws—they’re trauma imprints.” There is no excuse for inaction You can rewrite the impacts of childhood trauma on your nervous system at any age, Maierhofer argued. There is no excuse to let the cycle of misery continue if you don’t want it to; healing trauma starts with teaching your body how to be safe again. It isn’t easy, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. There is only one guarantee: you won’t heal unless you try, and you’re hurting the people you love if you don’t.
