When Crisis Hits, What Kind of Leader Are You? Take Our Quiz to Find Out!

When Crisis Hits, What Kind of Leader Are You? Take Our Quiz to Find Out! Discover your unique leadership style for navigating tough times and guiding your team to safety.   Question 1 of 8 A crisis just erupted. What is your very first move? Gather all available information to assess the full scope of the situation. Immediately give clear, simple instructions to ensure everyone’s safety. Check in on your team members to see how they’re doing and offer support. Start brainstorming unconventional ways this situation could be handled. How do you communicate with your team during the crisis? Through direct, concise orders. There’s no room for confusion. With frequent, transparent updates that address both facts and feelings. In collaborative sessions, encouraging new ideas and perspectives. Through detailed briefings that lay out the plan, risks, and contingencies. A key part of your plan fails. How do you react? Perfect! An opportunity to try a completely new approach. Analyze what went wrong, adjust the plan based on the new data, and proceed. Double down. We push through with a modified, more forceful version of the plan. Rally the team. Acknowledge the setback, boost morale, and then decide the next steps together. Next Question → You must make a tough decision that will be unpopular. How do you handle it? Explain the ‘why’ with compassion and listen to their concerns. Make the call. It’s my responsibility, and we don’t have time for debate. Present the data that makes this the most logical, necessary choice. Frame it as a necessary pivot towards a better, albeit different, outcome. A team member brings you a wild, risky idea. What’s your reaction? “Is it actionable right now? If not, we stick to the plan.” “I love it! Let’s explore how we could actually make that happen.” “Thank you for sharing. How would this impact the rest of the team?” “Interesting. What’s the probability of success vs. the potential downsides?” How do you personally define “success” in a crisis? We successfully executed our strategy and achieved our primary objective. Everyone made it through feeling supported, united, and safe. We not only solved the problem but also discovered a new system or opportunity. We won. We overcame the obstacle swiftly and decisively. Next Question → The pressure is mounting. How do you personally cope? I get energized by the chaos and start whiteboarding new ideas. I focus on the next immediate task. Action is the antidote to anxiety. I retreat for a moment to review my plan and data, finding comfort in logic. I connect with a trusted colleague to talk things through and share the burden. The crisis is over. What is your final action as a leader? Host a session to recognize everyone’s contributions and process the experience. Conduct a thorough post-mortem to analyze what worked and what didn’t. Give the team a well-deserved break, then brief them on the next mission. Document the lessons and innovations to permanently change how we operate. See My Result →   Your Result     Take Quiz Again

What’s Your Post-Search IQ? See How Discoverable Your Brand Is in the AI Era

What's Your Post-Search IQ? See How Discoverable Your Brand Is in the AI Era As traditional search changes forever, find out if your brand is set up to thrive or fade into obscurity. Question 1 of 8 How do people usually discover your brand or content for the first time? It's often cited as a source by AI chatbots like ChatGPT or Perplexity. Through vibrant discussions in our online community or social media groups. They find us by searching specific keywords on a search engine like Google. Mostly through direct referrals or word-of-mouth in person. An AI assistant gives a wrong answer about your industry. What's your first reaction? I'll find ways to feed it the correct data and become the trusted source. I'll post about it on social media and ask my community for their thoughts. Annoying, but people still use Google for real research, so I'm not too worried. I probably wouldn't even know it happened. When you think about your 'online presence,' what comes to mind first? Being a primary source in knowledge graphs and AI datasets. A buzzing Discord server, active subreddit, or engaged Instagram followers. Ranking #1 for our main commercial keywords. Having a basic website with our contact information. Next Question → How do you approach creating new content? I structure it with clear, factual data that an AI can easily parse and cite. I create what my community is asking for and what will spark conversation. I start with keyword research to see what people are searching for. Content creation isn't a major priority for us right now. Someone asks a question online that your brand is perfect to answer. Where are you most likely to see it? I'm monitoring how AI models answer it to influence future responses. In a niche Reddit, Facebook, or Discord community I'm active in. On a Q&A site like Quora, because it ranks well on Google. Hopefully, a current customer will see it and recommend us! What's your take on online reviews and testimonials? They're valuable data points that help AI understand sentiment about my brand. They're the lifeblood! User-generated content shows authentic proof of our value. Important for local SEO and getting star ratings in search results. We get them occasionally but don't have a formal system to collect them. Next Question → The phrase 'semantic search' makes you feel… Excited! It's all about context and entities, which is the future. A bit like jargon, but it sounds like how people talk naturally in my community. Like the next evolution of keyword matching. I'm keeping an eye on it. Honestly? A little overwhelmed. I'm just trying to keep the lights on. Looking ahead one year, what's your main goal for brand discovery? To be the default, cited source when AI assistants answer questions about my niche. To double the size and engagement of my core online community. To defend and improve my rankings for my most valuable keywords. To finally launch a proper website and maybe a social media page. See My Result → Your Result Take Quiz Again
