DAVID BLACKMON: Trump’s Big, Beautiful Bill Spells Bad News For Renewables
Written by David Blackmon for Daily Caller News Foundation A new report from big energy data and analytics firm Enverus finds that the rapid elimination of subsidies for wind and solar contained in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 (OBBBA) is likely to have major impacts on those industries. The report finds that just 30% of solar projects currently proposed or in development and 57% of wind projects will be able to survive as the subsidies and tax breaks phase out by 2030. These findings are the latest in a string of bad news for the U.S. renewables sector since the inauguration of President Donald Trump in January. On July 16 it was reported via a leaked internal memo that proposed wind and solar projects must now obtain signoff from Interior Secretary Doug Burgum before they can begin development of new projects across tens of millions of acres of federal lands or on the federal offshore waters. On July 16 it was reported via a leaked internal memo that proposed wind and solar projects must now obtain signoff from Interior Secretary Doug Burgum before they can begin development of new projects across tens of millions of acres of federal lands or on the federal offshore waters. ‘Dead In The Water’ In an interview, the author of the Enverus report, Enverus Energy Research Analyst Corianna Mah, told me she and her team limited their analysis to onshore wind and solar projects. “We did not analyze offshore wind,” she said, adding, “We believe it’s already dead in the water due to the high interconnection costs and supply chain inflation.” Notably, the report finds that the state which leads the nation in installed capacity for both wind and solar generation, Texas, ranks as the state which will see the lowest percentage of solar projects currently in the interconnection queue on the state grid managed by ERCOT – just 6% – will now be able to survive through completion. This compares to survival rates of 40% for Illinois solar, 41% in Indiana, and near-100% survival rates in both California and Arizona. These are marketable instruments that enable individuals or companies to support renewable energy without having to build their own projects. “Texas has met and surpassed its RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) targets,” she said, “and its RECs – now used primarily for voluntary compliance – trade at a steep discount, around $3/MWh, compared to other markets, like CAISO, where RECs command $20-$30/MWh due to mandatory compliance requirements.” (RELATED: Energy Department Admits Millions Of Americans Are At Risk Thanks To Grid Vulnerabilities) Mah’s report finds that Texas also ranks among the states with the lowest percentages of onshore wind projects expected to survive through completion, along with Iowa and Illinois, for the same reason. But, the report adds, “All evaluated wind projects in Montana and most in Oklahoma” are expected to make it into production.” The Enverus findings are consistent with findings from a study by FTI Consulting Sr. Director Dan Goodwin, which also finds wind and solar taking a significant hit from the provisions in the OBBBA. Energy Security? Coming as it does during a time of surging power demand driven by rapidly evolving AI technologies and their accompanying datacenters, this looming shortfall in anticipated wind and solar capacity must now be more than offset by rapid expansions in more traditional baseload generation. FTI’s study projects most of that need will be met by gas-fired generation in the near-to-mid-term, with more nuclear generation coming online in the out years. This week’s unveiling of $92 billion in new private sector investments to develop the nation’s largest AI datacenter hub outside Pittsburgh, PA, appears to confirm that assessment. One thing is for sure: It’s all a huge balancing act with major implications for America’s future energy security. Revealed: Johnson & Johnson Lead Scientist Admits COVID-19 Vaccine Was Not Well Tested Or Effective

O’Keefe recorded pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson’s Lead Scientist in Regulatory Affairs, Joshua Rys, admitting that the company did not exhaustively test its COVID-19 vaccine and that it was not actually effective. Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine was among the top approved injections that many Americans were forced to take to continue working during the height of the pandemic. Many Americans lost their jobs when they questioned the efficacy of these vaccines or refused to take them altogether. However, authorities assured Americans that all approved vaccines were well tested before distributing them to the public and were effective in preventing the spread of COVID. ‘Safe & Effective’ “While public officials claimed the vaccines were ‘safe and effective,’ Rys pushed back,” OMG reported. “There’s no proof. None of that stuff was safe and effective.” Many vaccinated individuals contracted COVID-19 while others developed complications linked to the vaccines. However, the political elite, backed by the media and big tech, denied there were any issues with the vaccine, instead blaming “disinformation” from “right-wing conservative conspiracy theorists and anti-vaxxers.” However, the J&J lead scientist confirmed what many Americans feared, despite assurances from elite politicians, bureaucrats, and big pharma. Misleading Americans Based on his remarks, U.S. authorities knew that the vaccine was not well tested. Nonetheless, they knowingly misled Americans and imposed punitive measures on those who questioned their efficacy or refused to take them. According to Rys, the government fast-tracked COVID-19 vaccine uptake through Operation Warp Speed, which was determined to solve the problem at all costs. “The government is like, ‘We need help… You’re solving this problem,’” he said. “People panic, so they try to solve it in whatever way they think is good.” However, a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) spokesperson asserted that pharmaceutical companies are required to follow strict testing protocols, “even during a public health emergency.” (RELATED: Adverse Effects Of COVID-19 Vaccination Observed In Women’s Reproductive Cycle) The spokesperson added that, during health emergencies, pharmaceutical companies must demonstrate that any exceptions outweigh the risks of rolling out their vaccines. Additionally, health authorities closely monitor the vaccines after their rollout to ensure that they remain safe for public use. “Oversight doesn’t stop at approval — the FDA and other agencies also monitor products closely once they’re in use,” the spokesperson added. However, the aggressiveness with which authorities tried to silence concerned individuals, including scientists, raises serious questions about the governments’ complicity in light of the recent admission. TMM Analysis When a new disease hits the population, it can take up to at least 10 years for scientists to develop, test, and roll-out a vaccine. We also know, from historical context, that most of the diseases we vaccinate against today were already eradicated thanks to the growth in cleanliness measures throughout the Western population. This is common sense, but unfortunately this is not so common anymore. And while we do not judge those who received a dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, you have to ask yourself why the fundamentals of vaccine science are so unknown to a majority of the population. It is almost like there is a concerted efforts within scientific communities — of all kinds — to limit general knowledge in favor of control and profit. IRS Rules Churches Can Endorse Candidates To Congregation

The decision by the IRS comes as a result of a lawsuit filed by two churches and the National Religious Broadcasters (linked below), which now changes the tax code and essentially upends the previous Johnson Amendment that restricted nonprofits from endorsing specific political candidates, according to The Hill. “For many houses of worship, the exercise of their religious beliefs includes teaching or instructing their congregations regarding all aspects of life, including guidance concerning the impact of faith on the choices inherent in electoral politics,” the IRS stated. Shuttered Nuclear Plant On Verge Of Revival As America’s Grid Buckles
By Daily Caller News Foundation energy reporter Audrey Streb Michigan’s Palisades nuclear power plant is reportedly set to reopen in October as America’s grid strains under increasing power demand, a development that will mark the first reopening of a shuttered nuclear power plant in U.S. history. Holtec International’s nuclear plant closed in May 2022, and it will reportedly go live again this October, according to multiple reports. The Biden administration pledged a $1.5 billion loan guarantee for the plant’s revival in September 2024, and the Trump administration has continued to fund the project despite axing other Biden-era energy spending, all while the U.S. electrical grid is expected to struggle to meet rising power demand. Bill Huizenga, who represents the district that is home to the returning Palisades plant, told E&E News. “All the infrastructure is there. There’s no long, drawn-out permitting process. It’s not like it’s a new greenfield development. Nuclear power plants are difficult to build due to strict regulations and permitting requirements, as well as environmentalist lawsuits and public fears of radiation, energy sector experts have previously explained to the Daily Caller News Foundation. TMM Analysis When it comes to nuclear power, all you have to ask yourself is: do you trust nuclear power plants to be run successfully in the case of a war in the homeland, a natural disaster, or just with the quality of schooling provided to most American students? If you can sleep comfortably at night thinking these facilities are safe from terror attacks — or wouldn’t go into meltdown in the case of a massive natural disaster — then good for you. We can’t. And to us, it is that simple.
Energy Department Admits Millions Of Americans Are At Risk Thanks To Grid Vulnerabilities
The Department of Energy released a report in early July detailing the major threats to the nation’s energy grid system, and the results are not great. The opening of the DOE’s report reads like something at the start of an apocalypse movie: “analysis reveals that existing generation retirements and delays in adding new firm capacity, driven by the radical green agenda of past administrations, will lead to a surge in power outages and a growing mismatch between electricity demand and supply, particularly from artificial intelligence (AI)-driven data center growth, threatening America’s energy security.” In layman’s terms, America’s energy grid is nowhere near security, stable, or modern enough to survive any of the major constant potential threats or disruptions. (RELATED: Timeline On Catastrophic Global Events Reveals Chilling Imminent Threats) “This report affirms what we already know: The United States cannot afford to continue down the unstable and dangerous path of energy subtraction previous leaders pursued, forcing the closure of baseload power sources like coal and natural gas,” Secretary Chris Wright said in the statement. “In the coming years, America’s reindustrialization and the AI race will require a significantly larger supply of around-the-clock, reliable, and uninterrupted power. President Trump’s administration is committed to advancing a strategy of energy addition, and supporting all forms of energy that are affordable, reliable, and secure. If we are going to keep the lights on, win the AI race, and keep electricity prices from skyrocketing, the United States must unleash American energy.” What Are The Major Threats To Our Grid? Terrorism / Cyberattacks: Whether it is terrorists physically attacking our grid with guns or using cyberattacks to target the technology, almost all aspects of our grid are vulnerable and likely would not withstand such an attack Solar Energy / Magnetic Field: There actually isn’t really anything we can do to survive a major collapse in our magnetic field (something that has occurred with regularity throughout our history on this planet). One option would be to move most of our major energy substations underground, or somewhere that solar/cosmic radiation cannot destroy all circuits. Extreme Weather Events: The National Weather Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is filled with experts who can and want to do something about the constant threat of extreme weather events — not just to our grid, but to our lives — but we need a full audit and total shakeup of current systems and leadership to see this happen. Load Growth: “With projected load growth, retirements increase the risk of power outages by 100 times in 2030,” the report states Outdated Tech/Tools: “Traditional peak-hour tests to evaluate resource adequacy do not sufficiently account for growing dependence on neighboring grids.” What Happens If The Grid Goes Down? America is only nine meals away from civilization collapse. We already know that bad actors use power outages to loot, hurt others, and commit horrific crimes, but what happens if the power goes out for an extended period of time across the whole country? Firstly, your food and water supply disappears. Grocery stores will no longer exist, and most first responders and agency workers employed to protect you will be forced to protect their own families first. People in hospitals may survive so long as the generators keep working. But this won’t last long. There will be no means of pumping gas at the stations, so trucks won’t be able to deliver you all the things you rely on, including essential medication. Even a month-long shut down of the U.S. energy grid has the potential to end millions of lives within less than a week, and may reset our nation back to something resembling a warzone. The luckiest people will be able to source water, food, and fuel (ie: wood, other burnable materials) locally. People in cities will be hurt the hardest and fastest. COVID-19 mRNA Shots Linked To Higher Death Toll Amongst Cancer Patients
A study published in June in the journal Cancers found that patients who received three or more COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations were more likely to die of pancreatic cancer than those who did not. A team of Japanese researchers retrospectively examined the impact of the COVID-19 vaccination on the survival rates of 272 pancreatic cancer patients at their hospital between January 2018 and November 2023, and found that repeat vaccinations were a statistically significant “poor prognostic factor in PC patients.” The repeated use of the COVID-19 vaccine was associated with the immune suppressor IgG4, with those patients who received more than three vaccinations having higher levels of the spike-specific IgG4. (RELATED: Adverse Effects Of COVID-19 Vaccination Observed In Women’s Reproductive Cycle) “The overall survival (OS) of PC patients was shortened in those vaccinated three times or more, and the total serum IgG4 levels increased with the number of vaccinations. Of note, OS was significantly shorter in the high IgG4 group, and Foxp3-positive cells in the tumor tissues were increased,” the authors noted in the abstract. “Repeated vaccinations increased the spike-specific IgG4 levels, and a positive correlation was observed between spike-specific IgG4 and the total IgG4.” Berenson’s Analysis Of COVID-19 Vaccine Cancer Deaths Former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson’s analysis of the study noted how earlier reports, also out of Japan, found other cancer deaths rose after the mRNA vaccinations were instituted throughout the nation. Specifically, leukemia deaths rose 6 percent after years of decline throughout the nation. Even when controlling for the aging population of the archipelago nation, there were still excess deaths post-roll out of the vaccine. (RELATED: Kennedy Removes COVID-19 Vaccine From Recommended Childhood, Pregnancy Schedule) The trend as it relates to pancreatic cancer follows similar results to leukemia, with years of positive gains in increasing life expectancy dropping a significant amount within the vaccinated population. “Even when they matched patients one-to-one to try to equalize them by tumor spread, they found those who had received more shots died three months sooner,” Berenson wrote, noting that those who received none or fewer shots lived almost 15 months longer. TMM Analysis Once again we are faced with a truth that we all know to be, but even our most significant health organizations deny. This study should set the foundation for future research of COVID-19 vaccine cancer deaths. As we described in previous reportage on the dangers of the COVID-19 vaccination, the long-term consequences of this disease and the so-called “cure” probably will not be truly felt — or acknowledged by major health institutions — for possibly decades to come. In 2026, the people of America have an opportunity to change this likely outcome. Adverse Effects Of COVID-19 Vaccination Observed In Women’s Reproductive Cycle
A peer reviewed study published in June revealed a relationship between women who’d received the COVID-19 vaccine and lowered rates of successful conception leading to live births. The study, published in the International Journal of Risk & Safety in Medicine, used data from the Czech Republic to examine any differences in rates of successful conception (ie: conception that led to live births) between women who had received the COVID-19 vaccine mRNA vaccine and those who had not. The results found that rates of successful conception were “substantially lower for women vaccinated against COVID-19 … than for those who were not vaccinated.” While this is still a preliminary study, the results should lead to further research on the extent to which women who received the COVID-19 vaccine were able to have successful conceptions — that lead to live births — compared to their unvaccinated counterparts. Data Silenced For Years After COVID-19 Vaccines Were Forced On Population A systematic review of literature published by the National Library of Medicine during the Biden administration’s control of the U.S. argued that there were no differences in pregnancy rates between vaccinated and unvaccinated women (and men). Unfortunately, this study was conducted during a time when a majority of research into the COVID-19 vaccine and its detrimental impacts to the human population were ignored or shut down by Big Medicine. We knew back in… — Dryostradamus MD MPH 🇺🇸 (@dryostradamus) May 13, 2025 A study on the impact of COVID-19 vaccines on the ovarian reserves of rats also found the drugs may cause significant detrimental impacts via “accelerated follicular loss and alterations in apoptotic pathways during folliculogenesis.” However, most studies into animals are not taken particularly seriously (even by us). Other studies have found a potential link between the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein and spermatogenesis-related antigens, potentially leading to an impact on the infected patient’s fertility. The autoimmune response from the Spike protein — also identified in patients who received the mRNA vaccine — was found to potentially have human consequences as far as male fertility was concerned. (RELATED: Kennedy Removes COVID-19 Vaccine From Recommended Childhood, Pregnancy Schedule) A large-scale study conducted among 2,733 women undergoing in vitro fertilization-frozen embryo transfer (IVF-FET) conducted within the first year of the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccines found that clinical pregnancy and live births were lower within vaccinated populations compared to unvaccinated women to a significant degree. “Inactivated COVID-19 vaccination may be associated with a modest reduction in IVF-FET success, particularly when administered before ovarian stimulation,” the researchers wrote in the conclusions, but added that “a vaccination administered more than 90 days prior to ovarian stimulation may help mitigate these potential adverse effects,” though more research is needed. Fertility In Decline A report from Unusual Whales detailed a United Nations study into 14,000 women across 14 countries — South Korea, Thailand, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, the U.S., India, Indonesia, Morocco, South Africa, and Nigeria — from high to low-income backgrounds, with high and low fertility rates, showed an “unprecedented decline” in fertility rates. Thirty-nine percent of those surveyed blamed money as the core reason for not having children, but many believe the real issues are health and society-related. The trailer for “The Disaster Cycle” dropped in early May 2025, and might be one of the most important documentaries ever made. While we never, ever recommend that anyone read the Guardian due to the overwhelming risk of consuming garbage-level propaganda, the article did bring up a handful of fairly concerning trends, all of which point toward a focus by global elites to create some type of safe space capable of withstanding something bad, possibly apocalyptic. “In recent decades, the position of the magnetic poles has been moving very rapidly,” says one of the interviewees in the sure-to-be hit documentary “The Disaster Cycle.” “When you look at the sun and you look at the Earth, the magnetic field of the sun has a dramatic effect on the Earth, even though it’s 93 million miles away,” the narrative continues. “We’re due for a change, a swap of the magnetic polarity of the Earth.
