The MAHA Revolution: Taking Back America’s Health

In a massive, multi-agency effort to combat the nation’s skyrocketing chronic disease epidemic, the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) initiative has moved from a campaign slogan to the cornerstone of the administration’s public health strategy. Led by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the movement is fundamentally challenging the status quo of the food and pharmaceutical industries, aiming to restore “common sense” to a system that many argue has lost its way. At The Modern Memo, we examine how MAHA is disrupting the regulatory landscape and why this grassroots-turned-federal mission is shaking up the medical establishment. A New Focus: Root Causes Over Symptom Management For decades, the American healthcare system has been optimized for disease management—treating the symptoms of illness rather than investigating the environmental and dietary triggers causing them. The MAHA initiative pivots away from this model, prioritizing primary prevention. The Childhood Crisis: With 1 in 4 children suffering from allergies and autism rates climbing, MAHA has prioritized an aggressive look into environmental factors, including food additives, pesticides like glyphosate, and chemical exposures in our schools and homes. Radical Transparency: A key pillar of the HHS strategy is “Radical Transparency.” By aggressively pursuing the disclosure of conflicts of interest in scientific research and creating open-source data platforms, the administration is attempting to restore public trust in federal health agencies. Battle in the Supermarket: The War on “Ultra-Processed” Perhaps the most visible aspect of the initiative is its confrontation with the food industry. The administration has made clear that the “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS) loophole—which allowed food companies to self-certify the safety of additives—is coming to an end. Industry Pledges: The initiative has already seen substantial progress, with major corporations—including giants like Walmart, Nestlé, and Hershey—voluntarily agreeing to phase out petroleum-based artificial dyes. SNAP Reform: USDA initiatives are increasingly empowering states to restrict the use of food stamps (SNAP) for soda and candy, aiming to ensure that taxpayer dollars are used for nutrient-dense, whole foods rather than empty, ultra-processed calories. Dunkin’ and Beyond: Secretary Kennedy’s recent public challenges to major coffee chains regarding sugar content reflect a broader effort to force the industry to show their “safety data” and take accountability for the nutritional impact of their best-selling products. Changing the Face of Medicine Beyond food, the MAHA movement is making structural changes to how the next generation of American doctors is trained. Nutrition Education: In a major victory for the administration, more than 50 medical schools have committed to significantly boosting nutrition education in their curricula. Beginning in the fall of 2026, medical students will be required to meet core competencies in nutrition, ensuring that doctors are finally equipped to offer preventative lifestyle counseling alongside pharmacological interventions. Integrative Models: The recently launched MAHA ELEVATE model is investing $100 million in functional and lifestyle medicine approaches. By testing evidence-based interventions like stress management and targeted nutrition within the Medicare system, the administration is looking to create a scalable blueprint for wellness that conventional care often overlooks. Final Word The MAHA initiative is undeniably bold, marking the most significant disruption of the federal health bureaucracy in a generation. When you look past the intense criticism from status-quo defenders and focus on the data—the medical school commitments, the industrial food shifts, and the new research into chronic disease drivers—you gain a clearer picture of an administration that is prioritizing the health of the next generation over the convenience of corporate stakeholders. Quality information replaces the noise of partisan debate with the clarity of concrete policy action. It allows you to see this effort as a transition toward a health model that centers on prevention, personal agency, and the “radical” idea that the food we eat should be safe. By choosing to stay informed on these shifts, you align your perspective with a movement that is fundamentally attempting to rebuild the health of the nation from the ground up. Kennedy Removes COVID-19 Vaccine From Recommended Childhood, Pregnancy Schedule

Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced in late May that the COVID-19 vaccine will no longer be part of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommended immunization schedule. Kennedy announced the removal of the controversial vaccine in a video recorded alongside National Institute of Health director Jay Bhattacharya and Food and Drug Administration commissioner Marty Markary. “Last year the Biden administration urged healthy children to get yet another COVID shot despite the lack of any clinical data to support the repeat booster strategy in children,” Kennedy stated in the footage. The decision was called “common sense” and “good science” by Bhattacharya. “There’s no evidence healthy kids need it today and most countries have stopped recommending it for children,” Markay added. (MORE NEWS: Best Crops To Grow During A Nuclear Apocalypse, According To Scientists) The move comes within two weeks of the publication of an extensive study identify injuries derived from the vaccine, including serious conditions like long-COVID and post-COVID-19 vaccine syndrome (PCVS). Today, the COVID vaccine for healthy children and healthy pregnant women has been removed from @CDCgov recommended immunization schedule. Bottom line: it’s common sense and it’s good science. We are now one step closer to realizing @POTUS’s promise to Make America Healthy Again. pic.twitter.com/Ytch2afCLP — Secretary Kennedy (@SecKennedy) May 27, 2025 TMM Analysis Experts who spoke with TMM on condition of anonymity say there is a deep commitment within the current leadership of H.H.S. to identify and mitigate the long-term consequences of mass vaccinations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only is there a multitude of evidence proving that as many as 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 Americans may have been harmed by the vaccine, but the longer many wait to receive adequate treatment, the worse their conditions become. Finding a way to reshape our healthcare industry can be done in conjunction with curing what might be one of the worst mass-poisonings in human history. We must hold our leaders accountable to this mission. Tracy Beanz Reveals MAHA’s Mission & What Comes Next In Fascinating Interview

UncoverDC editor-in-chief Tracy Beanz joined The Joe Pags Show to break down the purpose of the Make America Healthy Again “MAHA” movement. Beanz wastes no time before diving into the mission and impact of MAHA, which could have far-reaching impacts that transcend generational health in the U.S. But what about Big Pharma’s deep pockets, and how the influence of those in leadership positions shapes policy? Who truly benefits, and who is paying the price? The craziest part — all of this connects back to the Jeffrey Epstein case, government corruption, and our current fight for truth and freedom. You really don’t want to miss this epic Joe Pags interview! Growing Your Own Food & Getting Healthy One of the most overlooked methods of improving your diet and health is to grow your own food. Don’t worry — you don’t need to own a farm in order to do this. Even a studio apartment can have enough space for some fresh herbs, and maybe some pepper or tomato plants! (RELATED: What Is Making America Sick? RFK Jr. Launches MASSIVE Investigations Into Rising Chronic Disease) You don’t even need to buy seeds to start your home garden. If you have any favorite fruits and veggies you eat at home, you can always save some seeds. This isn’t doable with all foods, but it is a fun place to start! Stop Eating Crap Yes, it really is that simple. You can just stop eating crap. And please, for the love of all things, don’t tell us it’s hard for you to eat healthy because you don’t have time to / can’t cook. There are plenty of restaurants quietly joining the MAHA movement (even if it’s accidentally in-spirit). For example, Sweetgreen only uses four ingredients in their fries: potato starch, avocado oil, parsley and salt. .@sweetgreen is launching fries today – explicitly calling out their CLEAN ingredients compared to the 10+ components of McDonald’s fries. We ate fries in the 1960’s but weren’t chronically obese. It’s about REAL food. pic.twitter.com/GmxwqqAIH0 — Calley Means (@calleymeans) March 4, 2025 Take Action To Stop The Gradual Poisoning Of America What would you rather: foods that last a long time but ultimately put strange chemicals into your body, or food that doesn’t last as long but is natural? For millennia, humans have eaten what the Earth provides. In the last fifty or so years, we’ve gradually started consuming synthetic chemicals, plastics, and worse, all in the name of corporate greed and convenience. Health food stores were relegated to the very wealthy. We now have an opportunity to make all food healthy again. Are you going to do your part? Explore more of The Modern Memo here.

What Is Making America Sick? RFK Jr. Launches MASSIVE Investigations Into Rising Chronic Disease

This article was originally published by Million Voices. Health and Human Services (HHS) Sec. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on Feb. 18 that he will be launching investigations into the rise of chronic illness across America, but not in the way that you think. For decades, we’ve been told that the rise in chronic illness is due to … nothing. We’ve never received a conclusive answer as to why so many people in America become ill and seemingly never heal from their ailments. Many people believe that so-called “cures” from Big Pharma are actually means of prolonging life and illness as a way to reap huge financial rewards for boards and shareholders, but these believers are also called “conspiracy theorists” by some. Even so, the actual cause of chronic illness remains unknown. But hopefully not for much longer. To better understand the rise in chronic illness, RFK Jr. will start by investigating: ultra-processed food, electromagnetic radiation, childhood vaccine schedules, glyphosate and pesticides, artificial food additives, SSRIs and antidepressants, microplastics, and more, according to footage shared by Libs of TikTok. “Make America Health Again” EO & Commission On Feb. 13, President Donald Trump signed the “Establishing the President’s Make America Health Again Commission” executive order (EO) to “re-direct our national focus, in the public and private sectors, toward understanding and drastically lowering chronic disease rates and ending childhood chronic disease.” “American life expectancy significantly lags behind other developed countries, with pre‑COVID-19 United States life expectancy averaging 78.8 years and comparable countries averaging 82.6 years.  This equates to 1.25 billion fewer life years for the United States population.  Six in 10 Americans have at least one chronic disease, and four in 10 have two or more chronic diseases.  An estimated one in five United States adults lives with a mental illness,” the EO reads. It appears that no area of health is off-limits, including explorations into the soaring rates of cancers, autoimmune diseases, autism, so-called “behavioral disorders,” as well as fatty liver disease, diabetes, and more. “This poses a dire threat to the American people and our way of life.  Seventy-seven percent of young adults do not qualify for the military based in large part on their health scores.  Ninety percent of the Nation’s $4.5 trillion in annual healthcare expenditures is for people with chronic and mental health conditions.  In short, Americans of all ages are becoming sicker, beset by illnesses that our medical system is not addressing effectively.  These trends harm us, our economy, and our security,” the EO continues. What Will The New Policies Be? According to the EO: “It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to aggressively combat the critical health challenges facing our citizens, including the rising rates of mental health disorders, obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.  To do so, executive departments and agencies (agencies) that address health or healthcare must focus on reversing chronic disease.  Under this policy: (a)  all federally funded health research should empower Americans through transparency and open-source data, and should avoid or eliminate conflicts of interest that skew outcomes and perpetuate distrust; (b)  the National Institutes of Health and other health-related research funded by the Federal Government should prioritize gold-standard research on the root causes of why Americans are getting sick; (c)  agencies shall work with farmers to ensure that United States food is the healthiest, most abundant, and most affordable in the world; and (d)  agencies shall ensure the availability of expanded treatment options and the flexibility for health insurance coverage to provide benefits that support beneficial lifestyle changes and disease prevention.” Initial Focal Points Childhood chronic disease is the first mountain the Commission is directed to climb, hopefully dismantling it on the way up. The plan is to investigate “any potential contributing causes, including the American diet, absorption of toxic material, medical treatments, lifestyle, environmental factors, Government policies, food production techniques, electromagnetic radiation, and corporate influence or cronyism[.]” Transparency of all data and “unpublished analyses” related to the investigations “consistent with applicable law” suggests we’re going to get another front-row seat to the revelations of what’s been in our food, water, soil, and eventually into our bodies.
