U.S. Confronts Venezuela Narco-State

U.S. Confronts Venezuela Narco-State

Venezuela, once one of the wealthiest nations in South America, is now defined by authoritarian rule, collapsing infrastructure, and the largest refugee crisis in the Western Hemisphere. Nicolás Maduro has clung to power since 2013 through repression, sham elections, and close ties to drug cartels. His regime controls the judiciary, censors the media, and puts political opponents in prison. Sounds all too familiar. For ordinary Venezuelans, the result has been catastrophic: widespread shortages of food, fuel, and medicine, and the mass flight of more than seven million citizens seeking survival abroad. (MORE NEWS: Kilmar Abrego Garcia and the Deep Immigration Divide) The United States has not remained silent. Faced with a regime tied directly to narco-trafficking, the Trump administration recently deployed naval assets in the Caribbean in what was one of the largest U.S. military operations in the region since the 1989 Panama intervention. Maduro immediately claimed the Trump administration was “seeking a regime change through military threat.” That charge fits his propaganda playbook, but it misrepresents American intentions. Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell explained, “This requires a whole-of-government effort… the Department of Defense will undoubtedly play an important role in meeting the President’s objective to eliminate the ability of these cartels to threaten the territory, safety, and security of the United States and its people.” In short, the U.S. was not aiming to topple Maduro by force. It is protecting American citizens and reinforcing the rule of law in a region plagued by cartel violence. Newsweek is reporting that Maduro has “mobilized troops along the coast and border with Colombia.” While U.S. officials have not signaled plans for a land invasion, Maduro has mobilized troops along the coast and border with Colombia. https://t.co/VKhOLKVhfI — Newsweek (@Newsweek) September 1, 2025 China and Global Critics Misread U.S. Intentions Predictably, America’s adversaries tried to spin the move as imperialism. China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning accused Washington of meddling, declaring, “We oppose the use or threat of force in international relations… under any pretext.” Beijing framed the deployment as interference in regional affairs, ignoring the obvious reality: Maduro’s Venezuela has become a safe haven for criminal cartels, which threaten America, our citizens, and our interests. National security requires decisive action beyond our borders when foreign regimes enable crime that spills into American communities. Fentanyl and cocaine do not respect borders. Neither should our response be to the cartels that traffic them. By misrepresenting America’s actions as an invasion, Beijing and Caracas both reveal their fear of U.S. strength. Critics who call this “foreign interference” fail to acknowledge that narco-terrorism is itself interference—an assault on sovereignty, law, and order. America is not building colonies in South America. It is stopping cartels from building empires of crime on our doorstep. President Trump has stated he is “prepared to use every element of American power to stop drugs from flooding in to our country.” Encouraging Democracy Through Strength Beyond military deterrence, the U.S. has pursued a strategy of sanctions and indictments that weaken Maduro’s regime from within. The Department of Justice indicted Maduro and several top officials for narcoterrorism in 2020, offering a $15 million reward for information leading to his arrest. A larger package of sanctions targeted Venezuela’s state-owned oil company PDVSA, choking off the cash that funds Maduro’s patronage networks. These measures serve two purposes: they deprive the dictatorship of resources while giving hope to Venezuela’s democratic opposition. Figures like Juan Guaidó briefly gained international recognition as legitimate representatives of the Venezuelan people, though internal divisions later weakened the movement. Still, the U.S. policy of pressure keeps alive the possibility of peaceful political change. This is an example of strength used wisely. America does not have to invade to make an impact. By raising the cost of tyranny and supporting those who resist it, Washington advances freedom without repeating the mistakes of reckless interventions. As President Ronald Reagan once said, “We maintain the peace through our strength; weakness only invites aggression” (1983 speech, Orlando, FL to the National Association of Evangelicals). That lesson holds true in Caracas just as it did in Moscow. Strength Preserves Freedom At its core, the Venezuelan crisis is not only about one dictator. It is about whether authoritarian regimes and criminal cartels can operate freely in the Western Hemisphere. The principle is straightforward: a secure America requires a secure hemisphere. If drug cartels use Venezuela as a launching pad, then America has every right—and every duty—to respond with force, sanctions, and diplomatic pressure. The Trump Administration is defending its people, and without U.S. resolve, Maduro would operate with total impunity and the cartels would expand unchecked. The vision is not reckless intervention. It is principled strength—measured, deliberate, and unapologetic. America has a right to communities free from drugs and cartel violence, and it has a duty to expose the lies that keep Maduro’s narco-state alive. Cut Through the Noise. Slice Through the Lies. Share the Truth. At The Modern Memo, we don’t tiptoe around the narrative—we swing a machete through it. The mainstream won’t say it, so we will. If you’re tired of spin, censorship, and sugar-coated headlines, help us rip the cover off stories that matter. Share this article. Wake people up. Give a voice to the truth the powerful want buried. This fight isn’t just ours—it’s yours. Join us in exposing what they won’t tell you. America needs bold truth-tellers, and that means you.

Trump working on peace deal between Russia and Ukraine

Trump and His ‘Art of the Deal’ for Ukraine Peace

President Trump met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Alaska on Friday to see if a deal could be reached to end the war in Ukraine. After the meeting, Trump told European allies that Putin proposed Russia take full control of the Donbas region. This move, Putin argued, would stop the fighting and bring peace. A European diplomat told Fox News that “President Trump supports the terms of this proposal.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio, however, pushed back on that claim on “Sunday Morning Futures,” saying, “The president has said that, in terms of territories, these are things that Zelenskyy is going to have to decide on. These are things that the Ukrainian side is going to have to agree to.” Another masterclass from Secretary Marco Rubio. A must watch! pic.twitter.com/7NY6EHZHyh — Brigitte Gabriel (@ACTBrigitte) August 17, 2025 Donbas at the Heart of the Deal The Donbas region, home to 6.5 million people, includes Luhansk and Donetsk, according to the Ukrainian Research Institute of Harvard University. Ukraine still holds about 30% of Donetsk. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has vowed not to surrender that land. He insists giving up Donbas would be unconstitutional and warns it could enable future Russian offensives. NOW – Zelensky says Ukraine’s constitution makes giving up land “impossible,” and should only be discussed at a trilateral meeting; if Russia “refuses,” more sanctions “must” be imposed. pic.twitter.com/7wicKa5erW — Disclose.tv (@disclosetv) August 17, 2025 Despite this, Trump urged Zelenskyy to accept Putin’s offer. Zelenskyy will meet Trump at the White House on Monday to discuss the peace proposal. Trump Shifts Toward Peace Agreement Trump initially supported a ceasefire. But after his talks with Putin, he shifted toward a full peace deal. Russia, Trump said, wants a long-term settlement, not just a temporary fix. On Truth Social, Trump said on Saturday: “It was determined by all that the best way to end the horrific war between Russia and Ukraine is to go directly to a Peace Agreement, which would end the war, and not a mere Ceasefire Agreement, which often times do not hold up.” On Sunday, he said, “BIG PROGRESS ON RUSSIA. STAY TUNED! President DJT.”  Mixed Reaction From Europe European leaders reacted cautiously. While they did not endorse Putin’s plan, they praised Trump’s leadership in seeking peace. (RELATED : The Trade Deal That Changed Everything: U.S.–EU Breakthrough) German Chancellor Friedrich Merz told ZDF television, “And the good news is that America is ready to participate in such security guarantees and is not leaving it to the Europeans alone.” About the possibility of a peace agreement, he said, “If that works out, it’s worth more than a ceasefire.” The European Commission issued a statement on Trump’s efforts, saying they: “welcomed President Trump’s efforts to stop the killing in Ukraine, end Russia’s war of aggression, and achieve just and lasting peace.” But skepticism remained. Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský posted: “From Putin, we heard the same propagandistic nonsense about the ‘roots of the conflict’ that his state television promotes. The problem is Russian imperialism, not Ukraine’s desire to live freely.” (RELATED: Alaska Hosts Historic Summit Between Trump and Putin) EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas posted on X: “President Trump’s resolve to get a peace deal is vital. The EU and our European partners worked to coordinate with President Trump ahead of Alaska meeting. But the harsh reality is that Russia has no intention of ending this war anytime soon.” Hungarian Prime Minister and friend of Trump, Viktor Orban expressed optimism, writing: “For years we have watched the two biggest nuclear powers dismantle the framework of their cooperation and shoot unfriendly messages back and forth. That has now come to an end. Today the world is a safer place than it was yesterday. May every weekend be at least this good!” Putin and Zelenskyy Respond Putin said his talk with Trump was “very frank.” He added: “We, of course, respect the position of the American administration, which sees the need for a speedy end to military actions. We would like to move to resolving all issues by peaceful means.” Several European leaders will join Zelenskyy in Washington by invitation of President Trump to continue negotiations for a peace deal and to keep them part of the process, as they are close to the region. On Sunday, Zelenskyy met in Brussels with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who will travel with him. Zelenskyy posted on X: “We agreed on the necessity of a ceasefire for subsequent diplomatic steps, effective security guarantees for Ukraine, and continued sanctions pressure on Russia.” I had an important meeting with President of the European Commission @vonderleyen in Brussels. Today, together and in several formats, we are determining what we will discuss in… pic.twitter.com/I8doSrACqR — Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський (@ZelenskyyUa) August 17, 2025 Tomorrow will be the day to watch. Will Trump be able to make progress with Zelenskyy? Up to this point, he has been unwilling to make concessions. It remains to be seen if both sides can agree on a lasting deal. If anyone can make it happen, it is the Dealmaker-in-Chief. For him, negotiation is an art form he has long mastered. Forget the Headlines. Challenge the Script. Deliver the Truth. At The Modern Memo, we don’t tiptoe through talking points — we swing a machete through the media’s favorite lies. They protect power. We confront it. If you’re sick of censorship, narrative control, and being told what to think — stand with us. Share the story. Wake the people. Because truth dies in silence — and you weren’t made to stay quiet.

Trump and Putin Set to Meet in Alaska for Summit on Ukraine War

Alaska Hosts Historic Summit Between Trump and Putin

Alaska Hosts Historic Summit Between Presidents Trump and Putin Next Friday, Alaska will serve as the backdrop for a historic summit between Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. The meeting, focused on the future of the ongoing war in Ukraine, comes at a time of heightened geopolitical tensions. (MORE NEWS: Trump’s EPA Pushes Green New Deal Into Political Obscurity) Alaska’s Strategic Role Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy expressed his support for the summit, emphasizing the state’s unique strategic position: “Alaska is the most strategic location in the world, sitting at the crossroads of North America and Asia, with the Arctic to our north and the Pacific to our south.” With just two miles separating Russia from Alaska, Governor Dunleavy highlighted the region’s crucial role in U.S. national defense, energy security, and Arctic leadership. Rep. Nick Begich III, who Trump endorsed during last year’s U.S. House elections, expressed cautious optimism. He stated: “The pursuit of peace requires open dialogue. And it’s encouraging that the dialogue will be occurring at the highest levels here in Alaska, where Russia and America share a historic relationship and geographic proximity.” The pursuit of peace requires open dialogue. This is the first time the two leaders have met since their 2019 summit in Osaka, Japan. It remains unclear whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will attend the summit. Historical Context: Alaska’s Russian Roots Alaska’s history adds another layer of significance to this meeting. Once part of the Russian Empire, Alaska was sold to the U.S. for $7.2 million in 1867 under President Andrew Johnson. The decision was largely motivated by Russia’s struggle to defend the region and fears of a potential British takeover, as Canada was under British rule at the time. Since the sale, no Russian leader has visited Alaska, although international meetings have taken place there twice before: President Richard Nixon met with Japanese Emperor Hirohito in Anchorage in 1971, and President Ronald Reagan met with Pope John Paul II in Fairbanks in 1984. Trump’s Controversial Proposal The summit’s timing is noteworthy, coming just hours after President Trump suggested that Ukraine might need to cede some territory to end the war. At a press conference, Trump remarked: “You’re looking at territory that’s been fought over for three and a half years, a lot of Russians have died. A lot of Ukrainians have died. It’s very complicated. We’re going to get some back, we’re going to get some switched. There will be some swapping of territories, to the betterment of both.” JUST IN: President Trump says Russia and Ukraine are looking at “some swapping of territories to the betterment of both” as part of peace negotiations pic.twitter.com/dbbSYVV2K2 — Fox News (@FoxNews) August 8, 2025 Diplomatic Backchannels and Offers According to CBS News, the White House is attempting to garner European support for a plan that would involve Russia taking control of the entire Donbas region, while Ukraine would cede the partially occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. The Wall Street Journal reports that Putin presented a similar proposal during a meeting with Trump’s Envoy, Steve Witkoff, in Moscow. The plan would end the war if Russia could claim the eastern Donetsk region, including the annexed Crimean Peninsula. On Saturday night, several European leaders issued a joint statement on Trump’s meeting with Putin: “We welcome President Trump’s work to stop the killing in Ukraine, end the Russian Federation’s war of aggression, and achieve just and lasting peace and security for Ukraine… Ukraine has the freedom of choice over its own destiny. Meaningful negotiations can only take place in the context of a ceasefire or reduction of hostilities. The path to peace in Ukraine cannot be decided without Ukraine. We remain committed to the principle that international borders must not be changed by force.” (RELATED: The Trade Deal That Changed Everything: U.S.–EU Breakthrough) Zelensky’s Stance Ukrainian President Zelensky has steadfastly rejected any territorial concessions. In a statement on Telegram, Zelensky reaffirmed his commitment to Ukraine’s territorial integrity: “We will not reward Russia for what it perpetrated. The answer to the Ukrainian territorial issue is already in the Constitution of Ukraine.” He further stated: “Any solutions that are against us, any solutions that are without Ukraine, are at the same time solutions against peace.” He emphasized that Ukraine is ready for “real solutions” that can bring lasting peace, working alongside President Trump and other partners to achieve this goal. The Toll of War and the Need for Peace The ongoing Russia-Ukraine war has taken a devastating toll, with over a million lives lost and billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars spent. Despite the immense cost, little progress has been made toward ending the conflict. Both Presidents Putin and Zelensky continue to hold steadfast to their demands for peace, but neither side has achieved the necessary conditions for a resolution. Trump’s Track Record as a Peace Broker President Trump has a proven history of negotiating peace deals in seemingly impossible situations. Some of his notable successes include: Azerbaijan and Armenia Cambodia and Thailand Israel and Iran Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the…

Trump handshake after trade deal with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Turnberry, Scotland

The Trade Deal That Changed Everything: U.S.–EU Breakthrough

In a bold move that will reshape the future of global trade, President Donald J. Trump announced a historic trade agreement with the European Union (EU). The deal redefines the economic relationship between the world’s two largest economies. The deal, hailed as a “generational modernization of the transatlantic alliance,” according to the White House, delivers unprecedented market access for American producers, workers, and innovators, while advancing U.S. economic and national security interests.   A Monumental Economic Shift The agreement marks a pivotal victory for the United States. It positions the country as the world’s foremost destination for investment, manufacturing, and energy exports. Through 2028, the EU is expected to purchase a staggering $750 billion in U.S. energy exports. It will also invest an additional $600 billion into the American economy. These moves will drive growth in key industries and fortify the domestic manufacturing base. Furthermore, President Trump’s leadership continues to prioritize the American worker and bring jobs back home. This trade deal reflects his unshakable commitment to economic fairness, reciprocal trade, and revitalizing American industry. Structural Trade Reform for Generations The agreement goes far beyond symbolic diplomacy—in fact, it achieves real, enforceable structural reform with long-lasting impact. Under the new U.S.-EU Cooperation Agreement on Reciprocal, Fair and Balanced Trade, American farmers, ranchers, manufacturers, and small businesses will see sweeping new opportunities to grow and export their goods. One of the most groundbreaking aspects of the deal is the elimination of all EU tariffs on U.S. industrial goods. This change unlocks European markets for American-made products and reduces the longstanding goods trade deficit. The removal of these barriers will allow American products to compete and win in Europe’s lucrative markets, supporting high-quality U.S. jobs and production across various sectors. Strategic Tariff Restructuring As part of the agreement, the EU will adopt a new tariff framework that includes a 15% tariff on key sectors, such as autos, auto parts, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors. Additionally, tariffs on steel, aluminum, and copper will remain at 50%. Both sides will engage in future discussions to secure critical supply chains. Altogether, this new tariff structure is expected to generate tens of billions in revenue annually, helping to restore trade balance and incentivize reshoring of critical industries. Major Trade Provisions and Breakthroughs This landmark agreement includes a comprehensive set of commitments that benefit the United States across multiple fronts: $600 Billion EU Investment: The EU will invest this sum in U.S. infrastructure, innovation, and job creation. This is in addition to the $100 billion EU companies already contribute annually. $750 Billion in U.S.  Exports: Through 2028, Europe will depend more heavily on clean, reliable U.S. energy, reducing its reliance on adversarial nations and boosting U.S. energy dominance. Tariff and Quota Reforms: The EU will eliminate or significantly reduce tariffs and open up meaningful quotas across various sectors, allowing American goods to flow freely and competitively. Reducing Red Tape: The deal addresses non-tariff barriers that burden U.S. exporters—particularly small and medium-sized businesses—by streamlining EU regulations and procedures. Agricultural Access: U.S. pork and dairy products will face fewer bureaucratic hurdles, as sanitary certifications and other requirements are streamlined. Digital Trade Protections: The EU commits to not imposing unjustified digital trade barriers or network usage fees, and both parties agree to maintain zero customs duties on electronic transmissions. Economic Security and Innovation Alignment: The U.S. and EU will align on supply chain security, coordinate efforts on investment reviews, and guard against unfair practices and duty evasion from non-market economies. Military and Commercial Cooperation: The EU will increase purchases of U.S. military equipment and finalize new commercial deals in key sectors such as semiconductors and clean energy. Restoring Economic Sovereignty This deal is a direct result of President Trump’s “America First” agenda. That agenda is rooted in restoring national sovereignty, protecting American workers, and confronting decades of trade imbalances caused by one-sided policies and foreign protectionism. On April 2, President Trump declared a national emergency in response to persistent U.S. trade deficits driven by foreign practices that depressed domestic wages and consumer demand. That declaration laid the groundwork for a bold and necessary reset of America’s global trade posture. This agreement reflects the culmination of that reset. It liberates American producers from the stranglehold of unfair trade practices and builds a level playing field for U.S. industry. For too long, the U.S. tolerated foreign policies that stifled innovation and drained manufacturing capacity. That era is now over. A Historic Victory Where Others Failed Despite repeated attempts by past administrations, no American president had successfully negotiated a trade agreement of this magnitude with the European Union—until now. This historic win reaffirms America’s status as the global standard-bearer of economic leadership and strategic strength. In just six months, President Trump has catapulted the United States into a new era of industrial revival, global investment attraction, and energy supremacy. His approach combines bold action, strong negotiation, and an unyielding focus on results. He delivers what previous leaders promised but failed to achieve. A Triumph for the American Trade Future This U.S.-EU trade agreement is more than just a diplomatic milestone. It’s a victory for every American worker, farmer, inventor, and business owner. More importantly, it proves that bold leadership can reverse decades of economic decline. It reignites American industry and reclaims prosperity for future generations. President Trump’s historic deal with the European Union is a triumph of principle, power, and patriotism—and it has only just begun to reshape the world.

Iran Making Clear It’s Not Done Messing With America And Freedom

From Daily Caller News Foundation defense reporter Wallace White. Iran is attempting to rearm its militias across the Middle East after U.S. strikes crippled its nuclear program in June, according to CNN. Tehran has continued to arm the Houthi rebels in Yemen, Hezbollah in Lebanon and its various militias in Iraq and Syria as the Islamic Republic reels from its 12-day-war with Israel and the U.S., which left its nuclear infrastructure and military crippled, according to CNN. While Iran has sustained serious damage from the war, its proxies remain a key arm of its influence over the region as frequent agitators against Israeli and U.S. forces. (RELATED: USAID Quietly Sent Thousands Of Viruses To Chinese Military-Linked Biolab (DCNF Exclusive)) “Iran was never going to stop resupplying their groups,” Michael Knights, a senior fellow at The Washington Institute, told CNN. “They might not be able to send this much or regularly – more stuff might get intercepted – but if you’re the (Iranian) Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force right now, what you’re trying to show is ‘we still exist, we’re intact, nothing has changed.’” A vessel carrying 750 tons of missiles and equipment bound for Yemen was intercepted by exiled Yemeni government loyalists Wednesday, according to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). Iran denied sending the shipment, saying it was a “deceitful attempt” to incriminate the regime. The Houthis have regularly launched attacks against Israel, with the Israeli Air Force mostly recently hitting Houthi targets Monday in response to the strikes. The rebels also have imperiled international shipping through the Red Sea, which prompted a U.S. bombing campaign in March. Increased Attacks On Western Entities, Personnel Suspected Iranian-backed groups in Iraq have increased their attacks on Western entities and personnel in the nation, mostly recently hitting five oil fields with drone strikes, Aziz Ahmad, a Kurdish Regional Government official, said on X on Wednesday. Two of the oil fields were owned by U.S. companies, according to CNN. (RELATED: COVID-19 mRNA Shots Linked To Higher Death Toll Amongst Cancer Patients) In Lebanon, Hezbollah has received waning support from Iran after the December 2024 fall of the former Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria and Israel’s 2024 killing of the militant group’s leader, Hassan Nasrallah. Hezbollah is a key ally to Hamas in its post-Oct. 7 war with Israel, regularly engaging with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in skirmishes on the border. Hamas has also been met with relative silence from their Iranian allies in the wake of Tehran’s brief war with Israel. What Is Syria Up To? Meanwhile, the new government in Syria — formerly a key thoroughfare for Tehran’s weapons transfers to allied terrorist groups — has seized Iranian shipments of arms to Hezbollah over the past year, according to CNN. Iran agreed Monday to meet in Istanbul, Turkey, on Friday with France, Germany and the U.K. to discuss Tehran’s nuclear program. The European nations threatened Iran with renewed sanctions if there was not any movement on talks regarding its nuclear ambitions. The Iranian Foreign Ministry did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

WATCH: Jimmy Corsetti, Dan Richards Destroy The Mainstream Narrative On Ancient Egypt

Emerging experts in breaking up the long-held narratives of Big Archaeology, Jimmy Corsetti and Dan Richards, totally eviscerated so-called gatekeeper to Ancient Egypt and the Giza Pyramids Zahi Hawass during a recent episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored. It is hard to give a fair review to what felt more like a UFC smackdown than an actual debate between Corsetti, Richards and Hawass, particularly as the latter seemed to let his head explode while the latter asked very simple questions about the actual explorations of the Giza Pyramid complex. Hawass, known as being one of Joe Rogan’s worst guests ever, lived up to his reputation by shouting, refusing to answer questions directly, and even appearing to force Morgan to jump in and try to get the so-called expert to back-up his claims. (RELATED: ‘We Are Losing Our History For The Pursuit Of Money’: Graham Hancock, Jimmy Corsetti & Wandering Wolf’s Mike Collins Expert Analysis Of Big Archaeology) As a result of our obvious biases, we highly recommend you watch the short episode yourself and make up your own mind. From Piers Morgan Uncensored Dr Zahi Hawass is perceived by many as the number one expert in the world on the subject of Egypt’s mighty Pyramids, serving as the Chief Inspector of the Great Pyramids, the Director General of the Giza Monuments and the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities in Egypt. However, to his critics, he is an academic ‘gatekeeper’ – accused of being an elitist Egyptologist, who is preventing the real truth about how, when and why the Pyramids were built from being revealed – an attitude that was illustrated in the reaction to his appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience earlier this year. He joins Uncensored to answer some burning questions from Piers Morgan and independent researcher and host of ‘Bright Insight’ Jimmy Corsetti and independent researcher and host of ‘DeDunking The Past’ Dan Richards. ‘We Are Losing Our History For The Pursuit Of Money’: Graham Hancock, Jimmy Corsetti & Wandering Wolf’s Mike Collins Expert Analysis Of Big Archaeology

Three of the smartest and most successful minds in the anti-Big Archaeological world, Jimmy Corsetti, Graham Hancock, and Mike Collins, sat down in Sedona earlier this year to discuss Gobekli Tepe and the catastrophes caused by Big Archaeology. The hour-long conversation is absolutely essential viewing for anyone and everyone interested in the mysteries of our past, and how they relate to our future survival here on Earth. The first part of the talk focused on Hancock’s analysis of the site, and its similarities with all sorts of ancient sites around the world. Collins and Corsetti recently returned from Gobekli Tepe (links below), and gave a detailed discussion on their experience. We all know Corsetti from his channel Bright Insight, and Collins is the hero behind Wandering Wolf. What Did Collins & Corsetti See At Gobekli Tepe? The infrastructure built around the Gobekli Tepe site is literally drilled into the ancient site by people who are day laborers, not experts in protecting ancient archaeological sites. Remember, this is not just any archaeological site. Gobekli Tepe and the surrounding ancient sites have already rewritten the history books by proving that humanity reached a peak-level of development far before the so-called Neolithic Revolution, 12,000-years-ago. (RELATED: Timeline On Catastrophic Global Events Reveals Chilling Imminent Threats) Corsetti’s passion for how absurdly stupid the actions of the Turkish government and management of Gobekli Tepe is infectious. It is impossible not to get furious at the thought that elected officials and the overlords of Big Archaeology are so comfortable in blatantly doing the opposite of their job description. Something Is Changing Something is shifting in our social consciousness that is pushing millions of people towards a thirst, a deeper need to understand precisely what happened in our past. We feel that underlying need to know what these ancient civilizations lived through, and what they were trying to warn us about — and it feels as if time is running out. As Hancock put so eloquently in his speech, the Big Archaeological community — like so many others that seek to control the narrative of humanity’s existence — keeps trying to tell us that we don’t need to think, that these faceless organizations will do the thinking for us. “Trust the experts,” Corsetti joked. (RELATED: ‘THE DISASTER CYCLE’ Trailer Will Make Your Blood Run Cold; What Do The Elites Know About What Happens Next?) “The experts themselves often don’t know what they’re doing,” Hancock quipped in response. “We’ve gotta be our own leaders. WATCH: What You Don’t Know About The People Of Iran Will SHOCK You!

An interview published in late June with journalist Nicole Sadighi detailed all of the things about the people of Iran that most of us don’t realize. Joe Pags was joined by Sadighi for an exclusive and highly insightful interview in his podcast series “Unshaken and Unafraid” where we learned all about how the Iranian regime controls everything from speech to people’s dress and the entirety of the media. Thankfully, younger generations are pushing back against the tyranny, and we hear real stories of Iranian protests and defiance. “Why are the Iranian people risking everything to fight their own government? In this eye-opening interview, we expose the stark differences between the freedom-loving Iranian people and the oppressive theocratic regime that rules them. From daily life under strict laws to the bravery of women removing hijabs in protest, this is a story of courage, truth, and the fight for freedom,” wrote the Pags team in the video description. Iran’s Persecution of Christians The oppressive regime in Iran led to the execution of more than 900 people in 2024, along with “scores of death sentences for religious-based charges,” according to a March report from the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), reported International Christian Concern. Timeline On Catastrophic Global Events Reveals Chilling Imminent Threats

A graphic shared on social media in late June revealed a consistent 12,000 – 13,000 year cycle of natural catastrophic events, and the last one was nearly 13,000 years ago. While the Western world waits with baited breath to see if we’re about to be launched into World War III, a small group of us are sitting around wondering if world leaders, academic, or anyone outside of the independent researchers are going to admit we’re on course for something catastrophic — and it could strike within our lifetime. Patterns tell stories … pic.twitter.com/Ur9U0XAf8R — Jason Wilde (@JasonWilde108) June 23, 2025 Homo sapiens — also known as your great, great … great, great grandparents — rose to dominance roughly 52,000-years-ago. This was during the latter stages of our Last Glacial Maximum (ie: the Ice Age). For millennia prior, Earth’s climate systems were generally colder, dryer, with slightly wetter tropics, but just as stable as today’s weather report. But near-bang-on 52,000-years-ago, the planet started experiencing Dansgaard-Oeschger events. These were short-lived but highly dramatic climatological shifts, typically characterized by periods of sudden warming, then slow cooling. Though there is debate over the exact nature of these events, proxy data suggests that it would take just a few years, or a few decades, for temperatures to rise anywhere from 5–15 °C (9–27 °F). (RELATED: Lost City Of Atlantis Identified On Roman Maps; What Destroyed This Thriving Civilization?) Every 1,500 years or so, our planet would go through these abrupt changes, which lasted anywhere from around 52,000 years ago, to around 11,600 years ago (fans of anything related to Gobekli Tepe or the Younger Dryas already know where we’re going with this). Death of the Neanderthals As I wrote in the episode of The Why Files dedicated to alternate theories to mainstream rhetoric on Neanderthals, we know that this strange species of humanlike creature went extinct roughly 40,000 years ago (or 39,000 per the graphic). This was still during the Last Glacial Maximum, when North America and Europe were still largely covered by ice sheets that locked-up huge amounts of the planet’s water. Further south, coastlines were vastly different to what we see today. As humans have a natural proclivity to live along coastlines and waterways, it is likely that our ancient ancestors, helped along by our bodies being better suited to the shifting climate than our Neanderthal cousins (or predators), started their social development along shorelines that are now far, far out to sea. This is where we could go off on a tangent about how insane it is that Big Archaeology refuses to explore under our shorelines for signs of lost civilizations — though it is likely that most of the remnants of our past have long-been destroyed by ocean currents and other natural phenomena. What’s important to note about the Neanderthal extinction is that it occurred roughly 12,000-13,000 years before the sudden end of our Last Glacial Maximum. And this happened roughly 12,000-13,000 years before the Younger Dryas — our last massive climatological shift. Earth’s Magnetic Field “Broke” Roughly 42,000 years ago, data suggests that Earth’s magnetic field “broke down,” causing a “massive sudden climate change,” according to UNSW and a whole host of well-referenced research. As you’ll see in the Neanderthal video, there’s plenty of evidence to suggest early Homo sapiens hid from these predatory beasts in cave systems. Our ancestors were already hiding from the monsters, and it likely saved us from whatever it was that caused the mass extinction event around this time. (RELATED: ‘THE DISASTER CYCLE’ Trailer Will Make Your Blood Run Cold; What Do The Elites Know About What Happens Next?) This isn’t pseudo-science, this is legitimate data, published throughout academic journals. These studies “read like the plot of a horror movie: the ozone layer was destroyed, electrical storms raged across the tropics, solar winds generated spectacular light shows (auroras), Arctic air poured across North America, ice sheets and glaciers surged and weather patterns shifted violently,” wrote Chris Fogwill, Alan Hogg, Chris Turney, and Zoë Thomas for UNSW. The 42,000(ish)-year-ago event is known as a Laschamps Excursion, but could it have happened again, some 12,800(ish) years ago? Younger Dryas You don’t have to be a geology, geography, or history graduate to see the pattern here. Every 12,000-13,000 years, our planet undergoes some type of massive event that renders the alpha species to extinction, and fundamentally changes the face of the Earth. A sudden shift in climate is devastating for all creatures dependent upon stability. But the cause of that devastation is still up for debate. (RELATED: US ‘Unprepared’ For Major Solar Storm, Exercise Reveals) Many focus on the impact hypothesis, that an asteroid or series of asteroids, struck the Northern hemisphere and caused our ice sheets to melt, rewriting the face of the planet. Our coastlines changed as huge amounts of water were suddenly unlocked, giving rise to the flood myths and legends of every single current and ancient culture. Honestly, this sounds way better for our odds of survival than another Laschamps Excursion, or anything related to the weakening or sudden disappearance of our magnetic field. Well, we don’t know our exact timeline — and that is the scariest part of this whole thing. We know we’re roughly 200 years away from the peak end of this strange climate-shifting, life-altering cycle, but the exact cause is still heavily debated. At the time of writing, magnetic field issues are top of mind, despite being arguably the worst case scenario for all of us. Unless you live near a cave system, or are a tech billionaire with a bunker, you’re pretty much screwed for survival. Lost City Of Atlantis Identified On Roman Maps; What Destroyed This Thriving Civilization?

A detailed post shared on social media Monday explained why the lost city — or probable civilization of Atlantis — was likely located at the Eye of Sahara. We spoke with the author of said post — Jimmy Corsetti, also known as Bright Insight — about his detailed research into this location, and what may have caused the total destruction of what was once one of the world’s most significant civilizations. Plato’s Socratic Dialogues On Atlantis Location The original story of Atlantis comes from the great Greek philosopher Plato, and two Socratic dialogues Timaeus and Critias, written in the year 360 B.C., according to ThoughtCo. Socrates apparently asked three men (Timaeus, Hermocrates, and Critias) to describe ancient Athens’ relationships with other states. Critias reported that his grandfather once met with the poet and lawgiver Solon, who’d visited Egypt and heard stores of Atlantis. When Plato transcribed these stories, he told them as more of a story than an exact historical series of events. What we need to pull from this description are key geographical features associated with Atlantis — both human and physical. Human & Physical Geographies of Atlantis Atlantis was arranged in concentric circles, alternating between water and land. The area around Atlantis was fertile thanks to the physical geographies in proximity to the Atlantic Ocean (it should also be noted that the Atlantic Ocean was named from ancient Greek mythology). The human geographies, or manipulation by man of the landscape to build canal and irrigation systems, allowed Atlantis to thrive. (RELATED: ‘City-Killer’ Asteroid Swarm Adds Fuel To Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis, And Poses Huge Cosmic Threat) The empire was said to have sunk beneath the waves at some point in our ancient past, taking with it both the people of Atlantis and even Athenian warriors. While many presume that this story is nothing more than a parable, an ancient fairytale of a civilization lost beneath the waves, there is actually a lot more evidence to suggest it was real than not. Eye of Sahara: The Richat Structure In the Adrar region of Mauritania lies the Richat Structure, known colloquially as the Eye of Sahara. The circular formations of the structure, proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and Atlas mountains, and scars that appear to suggest a huge flood swept through the region, all point toward this being the true location of Atlantis. The post shared by Corsetti on social media goes into significant detail on why this is the most likely location. The most obvious is the concentric circles, “specifically [three] rings of water, [two] rings of land” with an “opening to the sea at the south.” The landscape is made up of red, white, and black stones, and is “surrounded by a large flat rectangular plain.” The mountains to the north, called the Atlas mountains, were said to “be named for Atlas, the first King of Atlantis.” The first king of Mauritania was also called Atlas. Pomponeus Mela was the Romans first Geographer. A 2,000yr map annotates ‘Atlantea’ (translates Latin to ‘Atlas’ in same location of Richat! Abundance of GOLD Existence of Elephants! Evidence of catastrophic flooding Salt in the Richat, suggests sea water settled and later evaporated there Fossils of Aquatic life within the Richat dated to same time as Atlantis! Mauritanian ‘seafloor slide’ consisting of 1.5miles of layered sediment directly in front of Richat in the Atlantic Ocean. AND, dated to same approximate time of Atlantis! Atlantis was not an island. The Ancient Greek word used for island (Nesos/Nesson) had 5 total meanings, 4 of which that didn’t mean Island! One of the meanings was “land within a continent surrounded by lakes and rivers” – which matches the Richat at the time of ATLANTIS What About The Naysayers If you dwell on X long enough, you’ll find a whole bunch of people who deny that the Richat Structure is the location of Atlantis. But there is one strange thing that all of these people have in common: they don’t like how successful Corsetti has been in his pursuits, and they probably feel embarrassed that he identified the location before them. Trust me: I’ve met and spoken to most of these people, and they are some of the worst you’ll find in the field of celebrity so-called science (I mean, to a heinous degree). While I don’t want to give any of these people a platform, I was highly disappointed to see Corsetti’s hard work be totally ignored because he clearly broke a few egos. Why Is Atlantis Important To Understanding A Potential Future Apocalypse Understanding that Atlantis was likely a real place is just the starting point. We already know of countless ancient civilizations that mysteriously disappeared off the face of the Earth, all around the same time, some 11,000 to 12,000(ish) years ago. This date coincides with the Younger Dryas. We asked Corsetti what he thought destroyed Atlantis, and he said, “a continental flood of the ocean!” (RELATED: ‘THE DISASTER CYCLE’ Trailer Will Make Your Blood Run Cold; What Do The Elites Know About What Happens Next?) “I’m not sure what caused [the flood], but this arguably happened at the same time as Atlantis’ destruction and the same  time of the mysterious Younger Dryas climate catastrophe.” TMM Analysis Of Atlantis Location Big Archaeology doesn’t seem particularly interested in researching the Richat…
